The celebrities always make sure to keep themselves in shape and healthy by trying different types of physical training. Many of them even workout under one trainer or at the same gym. Bollywood’s sexy hunks Ranveer Singh, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sidharth Malhotra are seen sweating it out together this past weekend and we have a selfie to prove it.

Ranveer Singh’s trainer Lloyd Stevens shared a selfie with the hunks- Aditya Roy Kapur and Sidharth Malhotra. The three stars were apparently sweating it out around the same time and have definitely become workout buddies.

Aditya and Sidharth already share a great rapport with each other and often are seen together at the gym. They are often workout with Katrina Kaif whom they have shared screen space with. Interestingly, Ranveer Singh and Aditya Roy Kapur go way back as they were classmates in schools.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Rohit Shetty‘s Simmba. The shooting will begin in June and it is set to release on December 28, 2018. He will next star in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy and Kabir Khan‘s ’83.

Aditya Roy Kapur, on the other hand, will be seen in Abhishek Varman’s Kalank which is a multistarrer with Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt in the ensemble cast. Sidharth Malhotra is currently prepping for Vikram Batra biopic.

Rakul Preet challenges Sidharth Malhotra and Taapsee Pannu to Rajyavardhan Rathore’s ‘Hum Fit Toh India Fit’ challenge

Not too long ago we had South superstar Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya and his actress-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu aka Samantha Akkineni giving each other fitness challenges. The fitness challenge #HumFitTohIndiaFit started by Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore seems to have gained quite a bit of momentum with many Indian celebrities extending their support. Now yet another actress, who has ventured into South and Bollywood industry – Rakul Preet decided to take up this challenge.

This co-star of Naga Chaitanya also went on to challenge her friends from the fraternity which includes her Aiyaary co-star Sidharth Malhotra. Rakul Preet also challenged another South-Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu and South actress Lakshmi Manchu. The video, which was posted on Twitter by Rakul, featured her doing exercises to showcase her fitness.

Interestingly, Rakul Preet Singh was nominated by none other than popular Indian badminton player Kidambi Srikanth for this fitness challenge. While both of them thanked Rathore for this initiative, Srikanth also challenged another South-Bollywood star Rana Daggubati. Besides the two he challenged former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

On the Bollywood front, Rakul Preet Singh was last seen in Neeraj Pandey’s Aiyaary starring Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee. Post that the actress is said to have signed Akiv Ali’s next to be produced by Luv Ranjan. It stars Ajay Devgn and Tabu in lead roles and is said to be an urban rom-com.

Sidharth Malhotra BATS for animal safety, WRITES a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Many actors and actresses like Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma in the past have extended their support towards animal safety and animal rights. They have often participated in initiatives related to the cause too. Now, yet another actor who has been batting for a similar cause is Sidharth Malhotra! In fact, he has written a letter to Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi for animal safety.

Sidharth Malhotra, who is fond of animals and even owns a pet dog named Oscar, has decided to voice his support to animal protection and safety. Supporting the same, he has written a letter to our PM and we have now caught hold of a copy of the same. The actor has requested to increase the punishment for cruelty against animals.

“Our nation’s primary animal-welfare legislation, The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, is woefully outdated. Currently the penalty for cruelty to animals is just Rs. 10 to Rs. 50 for a first offence and up to Rs. 100 or three months in prison for a subsequent offence – barely equivalent to a slap on the wrist,” said the excerpt from the letter.

“As a result, the newspapers are filed with reports of disturbing and egregious animal abuse in our country, including incidents in which dogs were poisoned, cows were burned with acid and cats were beaten to death. This does signification damage to our reputation as a nation that respects animals,” stated the letter.

The same was concluded with, “If those guilty of cruelty to animals received jail time and significant fines – as well as counselling and a ban on contact with animals – it would help ensure that our duty under Article 51A (g) of the Constitution of India to show animals compassion is better upheld and respected and that society at large is protected from violent behavior.”

Sidharth Malhotra is yet to receive a response to his letter but we are sure that many from his fraternity will definitely come out in support of him in this endeavor.
